Inner Harbor is a mental health private practice office located in Red Bank NJ, offering quality and comprehensive care to individual adults, couples, and families.


The meaning of a Harbor refers to a place of protection, comfort, and refuge.  My hope for you finding this page is that this can serve as a harbor for you, a place of comfort, sanctuary, and understanding. My hope is that you walk away with a sense of reassurance in knowing support is out there.

Hi! I’m Jennifer and I am the owner of Inner Harbor Counseling  


I absolutely love what I get to do in my role as a therapist and some of the most meaningful work I have done is in working with individuals as they navigate the intricate landscapes of trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use. It has been an honor to witness my clients transforming their pain into resilience, rediscovering their strength, building fulfilling connections, and enhancing their quality of life.

Brainspotting is a form of therapy that works by identifying, processing and releasing core sources of emotional and physiological distress. Brainspotting can allow individuals to process difficult emotions and experiences that are stored in long-term memory and can assist the body and mind’s natural ability for healing. 

 

If you are struggling with psychological road blocks, emotional pain and distress, the aftermath of difficult experiences, or feel like other forms of therapy haven’t been the right fit for you, Brainspotting is worth considering and learning more about!
